    Chair Yoga is a wonderful way to increase strength, range of motion, stamina, memory and mental awareness, improve circulation and relax the body. Instructor Suzi Mahler, CMT NE will guide you through a series of gentle seated yoga postures that are performed slowly and with breath awareness. Chair yoga is a wonderful way to receive the benefits of yoga in a safe, supportive and nurturing way. No pretzel poses or getting on the floor
