A wonderful way to receive the benefits of yoga in a safe, supportive way! Classes are offered Tue/Thu/Fri at 9:30, and Wed at 10:30am live via Zoom where you can participate in your own home. The Friday morning class is also offered in-person at Grey Bears (class size limited, register by emailing Suzi).
